1. Purpose of collection and use of personal information; collecting party and purpose of use
LuvD, the company responsible for the Redate brand (hereinafter “LuvD”), uses the personal information collected for the following purposes.
- Providing high-quality counseling services through preliminary data analysis
- Guidance and support regarding counseling inquiries
- Information and advice for follow-up services after counseling
- Use of anonymized and adapted stories. The rights to the solutions provided by LuvD, excluding any information that can identify the individual in the story you submit, belong to LuvD.
LuvD may use such materials for creative works, data analysis, research, and related purposes.
However, any story you provide will never be used in a way that can identify individuals unless we have obtained consent from the person who submitted the story. It will always be anonymized and adapted.
2. Personal information collected and collection methods
- Personal information collected: name, contact information, location information that may identify individuals, dating period, and breakup date
- LuvD collects personal information through the following methods:
- Intake through detailed questionnaires
- Intake through counseling
3. Retention and use period of collected personal information
After the purpose of collecting and using personal information has been achieved, the relevant information will be destroyed, except for statistically processed and anonymized/adapted data.
4. If you do not agree to the collection of personal information, your questionnaire will not be accessible. Until a counseling reservation is made, counselors will not be able to view the information, and we will not be able to provide an assessment. Please keep this in mind.
