• To provide guidance and recommendations following counseling sessions
• To develop counseling solutions and related services
• To conduct data analysis and internal research
• To facilitate the matching process

The Company may collect the following personal information:

• Photographs
• Region/location
• Assessment and survey data

Method of Collection

Personal information is collected directly from the client through their responses during the assessment or consultation process.

3. Retention and Use of Personal Information

The Company retains personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected. Once those purposes have been achieved, the personal information will be securely deleted, except for anonymized statistical or research data that can no longer identify individuals.

4. Right to Refuse Consent

Clients have the right to refuse consent to the collection and use of their personal information.

However, if consent is not provided, clients will not be able to complete the assessment or access the assessment results. In addition, counselors will be unable to review the necessary information, which may limit the analysis of assessment results and the provision of related counseling services.
